Villa Type E with its unique design is located in north part of the site with its special view to the Caspian Sea. The main concept was to create an open spaces with best view to the Caspian sea. we have designed this new residence to minimize site disturbance and blend in with its existing environment. Our clients desired a work of architecture that took into consideration these constraints and minimized site impacts while creating a work of architecture that utilized their favorite materials (wood and concrete) and connected them intimately with the land and the view. The house is a filter between the landscape, the domestic spaces and the city. The social zone, designed as a free plan, incorporates the dining room, the living room and the kitchen, and next to it is the big terrace, conformed as a reinterpretation of a gathering place outside the house.
