The subject of the project was to design a building for Karafarin Headquarter. There should also be a commercial place for Karafarin Bank in the ground floor and -1 floor level. the location of the project in crossing of 10th alley of Gandi St. and Valiasr St. was an advantage to meet the program’s requirements. The concept of the project is a metaphor, in a way that Life and property of people is under insurance. based on the physical program and occupancy level of the site,two-dimensional vertical and horizontal masses were placed. for having a better lighting, The vertical volume placed in the northern part of the site. the horizontal volume was retract from Valiasr Street to define the entrance and make the commercial area in -1 level floor more important. the vertical volume converted into two clear and rigid volumes which rigid volume supporting transparent volume to support the concept of the design.
