The project is a headquarter for MANA company (one of the biggest construction companies in Iran). The project site is located in Motahari street, of the most crowded office street in Tehran. the site dimensions with 16 meters width and 70 meters length and Municipality criteria was the main challenges in this project. in the street level we have placed the mass volume 14 meters back from the street in order to provide a better perspective. two office masses were add to the two commercial floors with the occupancy percentage of 60. from the inside the two towers were sloped for a better natural lighting and ventilation. we have placed the management room and conference room in the northern tower and the south tower was designed a floor shorter in order to provide a better view towards the city for the management floor. a roof garden with restaurant added to the roof.
