OIEC is considered as one of the most capable companies in E&P activities in Iran. they are speciallized in Oil and Gas Refineries, Pipelines and petrochemical Plants. The objective was to design OIEC headquarter in Tehran Naturally a set of conceptual, context-oriented, and function-oriented concepts forms the project. Creating privacy for indoor spaces and creation of integrated office spaces, creating a high spatial diversity, creating the possibility of lighting for the basement, optimal and efficient structural methods and details, the impact of the nature OIEC company on the form, inviting and attractiveness of the pedestrian are among the factors influencing the project process. But the most important and challenging part of the process is to create a project, to connect all of these concepts. central shaft is usually the general approach of high-level office buildings. the western light in the afternoon is not very suitable for the office spaces and in our project western facade was located very close to the neighboring residential.Therefore, with the transfer of the main shaft to the west of the building, in addition to controlling the light of the West, we preserve the interior space in relation to the neighborhood.
