In designing Namakabroud Residential Complex Located in one the most beautiful places in north of Iran, the main challenge was to create a building which response to client programs in a way that each unit can have a view towards the sea and the mountain. The design solution was to place two tower in maximum distance from each to get the minimum shadow range and also to create a view line towards the sea and mountain. in order to increase the view the towers folded in corners. the next step was to add a platform in order to connect the towers and also to put public spaces such as sport facilities and restaurant, etc. to the complex. in order to have an inside courtyard the platform connect the towers in third floor. the tower rising on 35% of the surface area and apartments inside range from 70sqm to 400sqm and come in the form of simplexes, duplexes, and townhouses. Moreover, the terraces range from 20sqm to 200sqm.
